What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farm Construction Worker position at Quirk Concrete, Inc.?
Duties may include: Complete layout and measurements of livestock structures. Mix, pour, apply concrete using portable cement mixer. Maintain and operate pumps, compressors, generators, power tools and all other equipment used when pouring concrete. Setup and dismantle concrete forms used when pouring concrete structures. Pour, smooth and finish freshly poured concrete, using floats, trowels, screeds and powered concrete finishing tools. Use jackhammers and sledge hammers to remove or breakup concrete. Tie rebar, position wall forms, join, align and seal concrete walls & other related Farm Construction Worker activities as per SOC/OES 47-2061 (onetonline.org).
