Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain daily delivery routes based on customer orders.
Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure timely order loading.
Monitor route progress and resolve service issues in real-time.
Optimize routes for fuel efficiency, cost control, and customer service.
Maintain accurate records of routes, schedules, and adjustments.
Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and warehouse teams.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
2 years of experience in routing, dispatching, or transportation logistics.
Knowledge of routing software and GPS-based tracking systems.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
