- Responsible for, among other things, tracking turnover metrics and implementing strategies to improve retention.
- Oversees employee relations for assigned employee population.
- Investigates and prepares written responses to EEOC claims, unemployment claims, etc.
- Communicates all benefit and compensation programs to associates.
- Delivers leadership training for all site leaders on various HR topics.
- Leads, directs, and supervises reporting team members and/or contractors
- Includes, but is not limited to, decisions about or influence on staff selection, scheduling, development, discipline, compensation, performance and/or terminations.
- Assist in coordinating HR projects
- Maintain employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; in HR or a related field a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual: English and Spanish preferred
- 3 or more years in human resources preferred
