We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, manage guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a seamless experience for all visitors. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism
- Operate multi-line phone systems, answer calls promptly, and direct them appropriately
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- This position would be for 5 morning shifts a week 7am to 3pm
Requirements
- Preferred front desk experience operations within a hospitality setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs gracefully
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software is advantageous
- Familiarity with guest relations, hotel operations, and hospitality best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays as needed
