Temporary Cargo Van Owner-Operator (FedEx Route)

Overview

We are seeking reliable, highly motivated Owner-Operators with their own Cargo Vans to handle a dedicated, contracted FedEx route. This is a high-paying, steady, 5-day-a-week contract opportunity with predictable, low-mileage local routing. This role is temporary for now, but has strong potential to extend to the end of the year (or longer) based on consistency, reliability, and work ethic. We are hiring immediately. Candidates must be highly motivated to submit all required onboarding documents as soon as possible so we can fast-track your contract start date. Route Details & Highlights

• Local Routes: Expect to drive under 100 miles per day—no long-haul or overnight driving required.
• Volume: Averaging 60 to 75 stops per day, keeping your route tight and condensed.
• Consistency: Predictable 5-day weekly schedule with a steady daily rate.
• Immediate Start: Ready to get you on the road and earning as soon as background clears.

Requirements

• Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Vehicle Ownership: You must own, lease, or provide your own Cargo Van (must meet standard delivery appearance and reliability requirements).
• Urgency: Must be ready and willing to submit background, MVR, and drug screening paperwork immediately upon request.
• Background Checks: Ability to pass a standard FedEx-compliant background check, and motor vehicle record (MVR) review.
• Physical Ability: Able to lift, carry, and maneuver packages up to 50 lbs quickly and safely throughout the day.
• Work Ethic: Strong commitment to reliability, punctuality, and consistent daily performance.

Compensation

• $400.00 flat daily rate.
• Weekly settlement payouts handled seamlessly through our contract administration platform.

Pay: $400.00 per day
