Quintessence Group is an autism waiver provider, providing services to families with children and young adults 7 to 21 years of age living with autism. We offer support and therapeutic services in the community and in client's home. We provide integrated support services to clients in all counties in Maryland.

The Autism Waiver Clinical Supervisor will oversee the day to day operation of the Intensive Individual Support Service and Therapeutic Integration programs by providing support, guidance, and supervision to the staff (Please note, Maryland autism waiver experience is a must).
Qualifications:
- Must qualify as one of the following: a licensed psychologist; certified school psychologist; certified special educator; licensed certified social worker; licensed professional counselor; board-certified behavioral analyst; licensed or certified as a music, art, drama, dance, or recreation therapist; or a master's or doctorate degree in special education or a related field
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience in providing training or consultation in the area of autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities, and two (3) years of supervisory experience
- Must possess a valid driver's license; driving record required
- Ability to commute within the Maryland area
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative supervision to Direct Support Professionals/Staff (DSP).
- Writing and development of Participant's Behavioral Plan or (Treatment Plan).
- Provides leadership and direction to all Direct Support Professional; which includes recruiting, staffing, hiring, performance evaluation, training, and professional development; sets
- Supervise DSP's with the implementation and documentation of data and progress made toward meeting the individuals’ goals in their Behavior
- Develops and implements staffing and activity schedules for smooth day-to-day operations
- Coordinates identified services for program participants as identified in their Individual Treatment Plan.
- Ensures the DSP demonstrate a commitment to high quality and responsive service
- Conducts regular reviews for accountability and program performance (Quality Improvement).
- Implement individualized treatment plan goals and document progress and observations.
- Oversees and maintains quality program practices, ensuring compliance with best practice standards, contract grant requirements, and agency practices procedures

- Patience, empathy, and compassion when working with individuals with disabilities and their family members.
- Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to adapt to changing situations, bringing innovative ideas and contribution to the administrative team.
