This position is full time – 5/8 schedule (7:00A-3:30P) - In Person Only

Additional Duties:
- Perform hand soldering and rework of through-hole and surface-mount components.
- Identify and repair manufacturing defects, including solder bridges, open circuits, and component misplacement
- Inspect and verify assemblies for quality and conformance to specifications.
- Utilize magnification tools, microscopes, and other inspection equipment.
- Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and drawings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of repair and rework activities.
- Adhere to company quality standards, ESD handling procedures, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
- Assist in process improvements and continuous quality initiative
- High school Diploma or GED
- Experience with soldering, de-soldering and inspection process in compliance with IPC standards
- Strong attention to detail and technical dexterity is required
- 2 years of experience in hand repair, rework, or assembly within an electronics manufacturing environment
- Be results oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
- Hours of work: 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday
