Part-Time Campus Associate | Atlanta, GA

Location: Emory University, Georgia Tech, and nearby pickup locations

Pay: $25/hour, with a minimum of 2 paid hours per assigned shift

Quintara Biosciences is hiring a dependable Campus Associate to collect sequencing samples from designated campus locations and deliver them to a laboratory or UPS location the same day. This position covers both the Emory University and Georgia Tech areas.

Work Schedule

• Shifts may be assigned Monday–Friday, starting at 4:00 PM and typically finishing around 6:00 PM. Actual end times vary.
• Complete all assigned pickups and same-day delivery before ending your shift.
• Receive at least 2 hours of pay per assigned shift, even if you finish early. All actual time worked beyond 2 hours is paid.
• Assignments depend on business needs; daily shifts are not guaranteed. Travel between assigned stops and the final delivery location is paid work time.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and safely transport samples following company procedures.
• Complete deliveries before the required laboratory or UPS cutoff.
• Use mobile apps to follow routes, confirm pickups, submit photos and shipment records, and report issues.
• Help maintain sample drop boxes and occasionally assist with approved campus materials or local events. Event support is paid and has no sales quota.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Consistently available to start at 4:00 PM Monday–Friday and complete assigned routes.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and auto insurance covering required work-related driving.
• Able to cover both campus areas, use smartphone apps, walk between pickup points, and carry light packages, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• No prior experience required; training is provided. Availability for at least six months is preferred.

Vehicle Expenses

• A personal vehicle is required. The $25/hour rate is intended to cover ordinary route-related mileage, fuel, parking, and vehicle-use expenses. These expenses are not reimbursed separately unless required by applicable law.
