What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Office Manager position at Quintana Family Medical?
Quintana Family Medical is a privately owned and operated family medical office serving The Village of Lindenhurst for 25 years. We are seeking an experienced, bilingual leader to join our team.
About the role: The Assistant Front Office Manager works alongside our Front Office Manager to keep the front desk running smoothly. You’ll split your time between hands-on front desk work and assisting leadership with team management and operations, and you’ll run the front office entirely when the manager is not present.
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Office Manager Assistant to oversee the daily operations of a busy healthcare practice. We pride ourselves on our efficiency while maintaining a fast-paced environment and strive to deliver the best care possible to all our patients.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive medical office experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare management, including HIPAA compliance and adherence to healthcare regulations.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join an established and dedicated team.
