What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medicaid Representative position at QUINTANA AGENCY LLC?
We are QAgency, local health insurance agency with more than 15 years of experience in serving our community. We specialize in all types of insurance, such as: life insurance, dental or vision plans, Obamacare, Medicare, and MyAccess Florida Medicaid, allowing us to personally and professionally help our clients with various forms of health insurance.
We are currently looking to hire people to assist in handling our MyAccess Florida Medicaid cases. Requirements are as follows:
- MUST be bilingual (Spanish and English)
- have basic understanding of computer systems
- be proficient and professional in written and verbal communications
- must have STRONG customer service skills
- have a willingness to learn
- prior experience is appreciated HOWEVER we are willing to assist in becoming certified, if necessary
We have a 9am to 5pm work schedule from Monday to Friday and Saturdays are as needed; the pay is biweekly.
