What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation / Trial Attorney position at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood, & Boyer, P.A.?
The Default legal services division of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood, & Boyer, P.A. has an immediate position available for a title examiner. For consideration, candidates must have the following experience:
1. Significant experience examining title and clearing title issues while working within either a law firm that performs residential mortgage foreclosures, a mortgage loan servicer’s title department, or a title company that provided default related title services.
2. Must be able to identify title issues which would prevent conveyance to government agencies and GSEs.
3. Must be familiar with and able to draft loss, mitigation documents, such as deed, in lieu of foreclosure packages.
4. Must be able to handle a heavy volume of files and be comfortable addressing and resolving title issues as they arise or as they are identified.
