Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support service technicians
• Schedule and oversee daily service operations
• Partner with Service Coordinators, Service Manager, and HR
• Ensure accurate estimates, work orders, and customer communication
• Promote safety, quality, and professionalism
• Act as interim Service Manager as needed
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business or technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 3–4 years of related experience, including supervisory experience
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Mechanical service knowledge and leadership ability
