Digital Print Operator/Warehouse Floater

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Print Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating printing equipment and supporting various fabrication processes to produce high-quality printed materials. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with power tools, and familiarity with manufacturing or warehouse environments. Primary responsibilities:

• Loading digital printers with fabric rolls of varying size and weight
• Loading and monitor the heatpress as needed
• Assist production with cutting, pinning, and QC as needed
• Assist warehouse with packing, palletizing, and shipping product
• Assist with minor building maintenance/custodial tasks
• Assist production manager as needed
• Other tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with mechanical systems, CNC machines, woodworking, or fabrication is highly desirable
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, calipers, sewing machines, and sewing or garment construction is a plus
• Prior warehouse experience or background in manufacturing or construction environments preferred
• Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts

Requirements:

• Ability to operate the digital printer and heat press
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to bend, climb ladder, reach, stretch, stand for long periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds alone or 75 pounds with assistance
• Ability to work and communicate in a team environment
• Ability to be cross-trained and work autonomously
• Ability to multi-task, adapt to shifting priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

• Full Time Hourly, Non-Exempt
• Monday through Friday, 1st shift

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
