What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Quinn, Correa & Gaynor P.C.?
General practice law firm, practicing primarily in civil law matters including personal injury, real estate, probate and estate planning, business law, domestic relations, zoning and municipal including litigation and appellate work, is seeking an Associate Attorney with aspirations of long-term commitment and growth within the firm.
The candidate must be intelligent, well organized, and possess strong multitasking skills, legal research and writing skills, and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a must. The firm uses the latest technology including Microsoft 365.
Full Clerical, office overhead, and legal management services provided.
Education and Experience:
· Juris Doctorate
· Preferably admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, however, will consider a 2025 graduating law student who has sat for the July 2025 Massachusetts Bar Exam.
The firm is flexible regarding experience and qualifications. Although guidance and assistance will be provided by senior counsel, candidate should be a highly motivated self-starter. The attorney will be tied into the firm’s existing lawyer referral programs.
Attorney will work closely with senior counsel.
Compensation will be based upon:
1. Assigned case work at agreed upon hourly rate.
2. Equitable division of fees on new client cases generated by the associate.
Location:
The firm office is in a historical building in downtown Plymouth one block from Town hall, approximately 1.5 miles from Plymouth Courthouse complex and Registry of Deeds. Office has off street parking and convenient access to Routes 3 and 44.
