The Hospitality Aide works prior to completing the CNA program by:
- Responding to call bells
- Assisting the nursing team as needed
- Assisting with meal delivery
- Simple housekeeping tasks for residents; Straightening rooms - making beds - watering plants - light laundry – assisting residents with linen changes
- This role does not provide direct resident care
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to attend all required CNA training courses required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working as part of a team
