What You Will Do
- Prospect, cold call, and strategically pitch to generate new business across a broad range of manufacturing industries.
- Independently manage and grow high-value (“A-level”) accounts, driving long-term performance and expansion
- Own your sales pipeline end-to-end, including scheduling vendor visits, nurturing relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales and margin targets.
- Manage deal profitability by understanding gross margin requirements and freight cost structures.
- Leverage Salesforce and Outlook to manage leads, track activity, forecast performance, and communicate cross-functionally.
- Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to develop scalable, repeatable growth strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (required)
- 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in B2B, industrial, or manufacturing-related environments
- Willingness to travel up to 50% overnight to close deals and strengthen partnerships.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver results.
- Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record (required)
