Compensation & Schedule:
$22– $25 per hour | Hourly | Full-Time
Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift (3p-11p)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a crew of 5-7 people.
- Train and motivate temporary labor and build a supportive team environment with a full-time crew.
- Responsible for knowing and coaching others on material grading
- Customer service mindset
- Lead plant safety, maintain a safe plant environment, and maintain compliance with all safety protocol
- Ability to learn and then safely operate all machines in the plant, including baler, shredder, and roll cutter
- Ability to learn and safely operate forklifts and skid steers
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role required
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong work ethic, communication, and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented
- Successful completion of a physical, drug screen, and background check
