What are the responsibilities and job description for the Itinerant Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at Quincy Public Schools?
Full time position supporting prekindergarten age students with mild/moderate disabilities, including students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other needs, in community childcare settings.
Responsibilities Include:
● Evaluate students for services through data collection, teacher reports, observations, checklists and Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA)
● Develop appropriate behavior support plans, social skills curriculum and ensure consistency in programming ● Oversee the development of data-collection and behavioral procedures in order to monitor target behaviors and student progress ● Develop and create objective and measurable individualized IEP goals and objectives.
● Ensure ABA strategies, behavior plans, and reinforcement systems are implemented consistently and accurately in the childcare setting
● Provide student progress toward goals and objectives through IEP progress reports and IEP meetings
● Support teachers/staff regarding behavioral management plans/procedures
● Provide teachers/staff with resources, tools, and modeling of techniques
● Work with students 1:1 or in small groups
● Complete needed reports, paperwork and job-related assignments in a timely manner
● Work collaboratively with related service providers
● Participate in district offered professional development

● School based experience preferred
● Ability to assist in providing guidance and oversight of school wide behavioral management system as well as individualized behavior plans

Salary : $62,804 - $77,414
