Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Archery Instructor to lead and inspire participants in developing their archery skills. This role involves teaching proper techniques, ensuring safety, and fostering a fun and engaging environment for learners.
Duties
- Conduct archery classes, ensuring all participants understand safety protocols and proper technique
- Monitor and enforce safety guidelines during all activities to prevent accidents or injuries
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to help students improve their skills
- Manage behavior and maintain a positive, inclusive environment for all participants
- Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and organization of the archery range
- Collaborate with other instructors or staff to coordinate programs and special events
- Promote a safe and respectful atmosphere that encourages learning and confidence building
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to teach physical skills clearly and safely
- Prior experience with archery is preferred
- Ability to promote safety awareness and enforce rules consistently
