We are looking for a person who:
- Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
- Has excellent communication skills for report writing and communicating with team members and customers.
- Is reliable, friendly, and able to use good judgement.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintains and operates CCTV monitoring system
- Conducts surveillance on all areas of operations.
- Observe, document and verify video footage and report any unusual or suspicious activities on property.
- Communicate with management and ensure that all requests for reviews are completed in a timely manner and information relayed accordingly.
- Ensure that all Surveillance Department logs are up to date and have been filled out accordingly.
- Physically maintains a presence on site to observe activities and compliance with applicable internal controls, laws, and regulations.
- Provide assistance to people in need
- Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time by the Operations Manager.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Proficient in the operation of all Surveillance-related equipment.
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
Experience
- Experience as a Security Guard or similar role (Preferred)
