Duties:
Provide excellent customer service support via phone or email, addressing inquiring promptly and courteously.
Maintain organized filing system including digital document management using Microsoft Office tools.
Perform data entry, proofread documents and ensure accuracy in all clerical tasks including filing, copying and scanning.
Skills:
Prior experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist in an office setting is necessary. Insurance office experience is a bonus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 (Word and Excel)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a demanding environment.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Experience with office management tasks such as filing system, calendar coordination and data entry.
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and customer service best practices
Ability to manage sensitive information discreetly while demonstrating strong time management skills.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
