What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Universal Banker position at Quincy Credit Union?
Quincy Credit Union is looking to hire a part time Universal Banker to provide assistance to our members.
As a Universal Banker within QCU, you will provide exceptional member service, accurately perform high volume Credit Union transactions, educate members on new technology and develop Credit Union product referral opportunities through our strong member relationship skills. Assists members with opening and closing accounts, processes transactions, and addresses and resolves member problems, inquiries, or complaints. Refers problems to supervisor as needed, along with recommendations for resolution. Verifies and posts transactions to member accounts and maintains member and Credit Union records.
Requirements:- One year of Financial Service experience; banking or credit union preferred
- Proficient in working with multiple software programs
- Great working with the public
- Availability to work Saturdays 8:30 - 12:30
