Your Role
Bring your curiosity to work as our next Strategic Accounts Sales Representative, Industrial Distribution. You will repot to the National Sales Manager. In this role, your mission is to drive sales growth of our products across independent retail channels, e-commerce platforms, and designated direct accounts. This role is responsible for executing sales strategies and key initiatives that achieve company objectives related to revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability within the commercial and e-commerce sales channels.

Your Role

In this role, your mission is to drive sales growth of our products across independent retail channels, e-commerce platforms, and designated direct accounts. This role is responsible for executing sales strategies and key initiatives that achieve company objectives related to revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability within the commercial and e-commerce sales channels.
Your day-to-day
- Achieve and exceed sales, revenue, and profitability targets for equipment and related service products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the vehicular services channel.
- Drive profitable sales by maintaining pricing discipline and focusing on margin improvement.
- Helping locate, contact, qualify and secure business with existing or potential commercial customers.
- Expand share of wallet within existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling solutions.
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Sales, Professional Selling, Business Development, or Marketing
- Sales experience with key industrial distribution partners, including Northern Tool, Motion Industries, MSC, Fastenal
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and profitability targets.
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in business-to-business sales in the retail channel
- Retail merchandising and marketing experience
- Experience in automotive and internet sales is a plus
- Must have knowledge of compressors and compressor systems
- Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
- Must be a self-motivated, team player, action oriented, trustworthy, ethical, and a problem solver.
- Ability to create and manage marketing plans and strategies
- Strong financial acumen with an understanding of margin, pricing, and profitability.
- Attendance at trade shows, customer events, and sales meetings as required.
