Quince, a three-Michelin-star restaurant in San Francisco, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Baker to join our award-winning culinary team. • Produce a variety of breads and baked goods daily, with a focus on consistency and quality.




• Execute recipes with precision while contributing ideas for seasonal offerings and new techniques.




• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety.




• Collaborate closely with the Pastry and Culinary teams to support menu development.




• Manage daily prep, production schedules, and inventory of baking ingredients.

• Previous professional baking experience in a fine dining or artisan bakery setting.




• Strong knowledge of bread production, fermentation, and baking techniques.




• Attention to detail with a commitment to consistency and excellence.




• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
