JOB PURPOSE:
As a Dealer:
To provide each and every guest a pleasant entertainment experience by dealing table games efficiently and within established procedures and internal controls.
As a Supervisor:
Responsible for the efficient, secure and guest service oriented operation of the assigned pit area and shift.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
As a Dealer:
- Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the Casino operations at all times and in all activities.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external customers of the Quinault Beach Resort and Casino operations.
- Develop solutions for customer concerns and continual focus on customer service as our top priority. Complete daily postings and balance daily accounts.
- Adhere to all QBRC Personnel Policies and Procedures, Title 97 Policy, and HR Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintains and/or obtains an awareness of applicable gaming policies, procedures and rules and works within them accordingly.
- Reports any unusual situations to pit games supervision.

As a Supervisor:

- Maintains the Quinault Beach Resort and Casino high quality of guest service. May resolve guest complaints or problems, obtains guest information for player data base and recommends and/or issues complimentary awards within the scope of authorization.
- Adhere to all QBRC Personnel Policies and Procedures, Title 97 Policy, and HR Standard Operating Procedures.
- May evaluate, train, develop and monitor subordinate (dealers) personnel.
- Maintains an awareness of applicable gaming policies, procedures, and rules and monitors for compliance.
- Maintains all relevant information and documentation as appropriately confidential.
- May assist games supervision in proper games spread management.
- Reports any unusual situations to superiors.
- Has authority to perform fills.
- Has authority to perform table inventories.
- Performs the duties of a Table Games Dealer as assigned.

Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Read, write, and speak English
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must pass Craps and Roulette audition within 90 days of promotion.
- Demonstrated record of successful guest service skills.
Preferred:
- Previous dealing and/or supervisory experience at QBR&C
- Demonstrated computer application skills.
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
- Class III Washington State and Quinault Indian Nation Tribal Gaming License
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: (*Constantly, Frequently, Occasionally)
While performing these job duties, the employee is regularly required to:
- Must be able to work any assigned shifts including holidays, high volume days and weekends.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Salary : $16 - $26
