- Handle front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications and specialized software like QuickBooks
- Assist with bookkeeping activities, including invoice processing and expense tracking
- Support office management functions such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and personal assistant duties
- Proofread documents for accuracy, ensuring proper formatting and error-free content
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing client records and internal files
Qualifications
- Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer literacy
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective client interaction
