Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our fitness team. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead classes, educate participants on proper techniques, and create a supportive environment that encourages personal growth and wellness.
Duties
- Conduct engaging Reformer Pilates classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels.
- Educate clients on the principles of Pilates, including proper form, technique, and breathing.
- Design customized workout programs that meet the specific needs and goals of clients.
- Monitor participants during sessions to ensure safety and effectiveness of exercises.
- Promote class offerings and engage in fitness sales to attract new clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness and anatomy knowledge to enhance class offerings.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Reformer Pilates Instructor is required unless interested in starting as a student teacher.
- Knowledge of physiology and anatomy is essential for providing safe and effective instruction.
- Familiarity with program design tailored to individual client needs is an asset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
