RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining thorough and accurate records of customers interactions and transactions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, demonstrating a genuine heart to serve.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about insurance products, coverage options, and claims processes.
- Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience.
- Assist customers in completing applications and processing claims, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their questions are answered and concerns are addressed, fostering lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes and enhance service quality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the insurance industry, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred.
- Candidates with active licenses will be given priority, but we are willing to support candidates who are in the process of obtaining these licenses.
