Unique Opportunity for Romantasy Booksellers!
Quimby’s Books is an established brick and mortar boutique bookshop in the Willamette wine valley of Independence, Oregon.
We are looking to “sub-let” our Romantasy/Romance/Fantasy section to the right Bookseller.
The Bookseller would operate within Quimby’s, as both part of Quimby’s and as their own entity. Like “Lila’s Love and Laser Loft at Quimby’s Books.” (Or something less terrible-sounding).
The Bookseller would provide and curate her own (new) stock and sidelines, and pay rent based on square footage; ($3 per sqr ft) plus ten percent of sales to cover the utilities which they do NOT have to pay)
The Bookseller need not be immediately local; it is possible she or her employees would only need to be on site once or twice a week.
This opportunity comes with much flexibility; we’ll work with the right book seller to make sure everyone benefits from this arrangement.
