What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Product Manager position at quiltllc?
- Define and execute the product roadmap for core shared services used by all brands.
- Partner closely with engineering to plan, manage, and deliver impactful product features.
- Create stories for the engineering team tasks.
- Collaborate with internal brand teams to understand their needs and translate them into scalable, centralized solutions.
- Develop clear problem statements, product requirements, and success metrics.
- Track product usage and adoption, surfacing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and outcomes to stakeholders across the company.
- Bring creativity and hustle to solve problems and move quickly when needed.
- 3 years of experience in product management (platform, infrastructure, or B2B SaaS experience a plus).
- Strong technical acumen — comfortable working with APIs, services, and engineering teams.
- A track record of shipping successful products or features end-to-end.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative, outcome-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- A scrappy, entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with using AI in your professional work
