Hybrid Litigation Attorney

**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. This role requires a proactive individual who is able to manage their time effectively while working in a fast paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

• Manage and litigate lemon law and consumer protection cases in both state and federal courts.
• Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, pleadings, and motions, in compliance with federal rules of civil procedure.
• Conduct legal research on issues arising under consumer protection statutes, federal regulations, and jurisdictional requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate management of case documentation using digital case management systems.

**Qualifications:**

Required:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the State of California.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience handling cases in federal court, including filing, motion practice, or trial work.
• Experience with lemon law, warranty litigation, or consumer rights advocacy.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, including drafting briefs and presenting arguments in federal court.
• Strong research and organizational abilities with attention to deadlines and procedural accuracy.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Lemon law
• Bilingual (Spanish or other language)

Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
