Jewelry Repair Customer Service Representative

Part Time Customer Service Representative which can lead to Full Time 24-32 hrs per week
What does the Customer Service Representatives do?
- The face of the store the minute the customer opens the front door … the one EVERY customer wants to talk to!
- Customer Service representatives act as the supervisor for the location when managers are not present
- A position that leads to Assistant and Store Manager positions
- Maximize financial performance of the store.
- Assist the store manager to achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing and motivating your team.
- Create an emotional connection between Quikset and our customers through engagement and communication.
- Achieve YOUR STORE sales targets.

Essential Job Functions:
- Deliver EXCEPTIONAL customer service
- Achieve personal sales targets by turning every customers into a customer for LIFE whether it is a chain repair, battery replacement or selling an engagement ring every sale and every customer counts!
- Maintain profitability of location through sales and expense control
- Support Quikset Management in training and development of your TEAM
- Support the coordination of the operations functions
- Display merchandise
- EDUCATE customers on REPAIRS and Jewelry and Gems quality, cuts, and/or value of jewelry and gems and assist in selecting mountings and/or settings for gems
- Estimate repairs and inspect/clean customer jewelry
- Perform watch battery replacements and band adjustments
- Suggest designs for custom jewelry
- Follow receiving and processing
- Maintain daily/weekly sales and take appropriate action
- Respond to customer comments/complaints

Requirements:
Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation Minimum Position Qualifications/Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) PREFER a minimum of three years of jewelry experience and 3-5 years sales experience; or combination of relevant education and experience.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
