We are looking for a BATCHMAN to join our Oklaunion, TX plant. As a Batchman with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you will oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, cost-effective production of wet and dry batch products.

About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Meeting daily production needs for wet and dry batch products.
- Managing inventory, coordinating schedules, ordering supplies, parts, and raw materials.
- Performing plant inspections, repair, and maintenance.
About You
We Require:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 1–year of industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing experience.
- Experience operating mobile equipment (e.g., forklifts).
- Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
