Quikrete, the leading producer of packaged concrete and related products, is looking for a motivated and sales minded Aggregate Sales Representative for the greater Jefferson, GA market. The Aggregate Sales Representative will be instrumental in full life cycle sales, including assisting with identifying new customers, developing quotations, customer communication and service, relationship building, and customer retention in the small and mid-size businesses in the aggregates construction industry. You will be part of a team dedicated to developing new business and establishing long-lasting relationships.

About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales Managers to manage and maintain existing customers and projects while continuing to develop, and bring on new customers and projects
- Identify opportunities for new business through effective forecasting, tracking industry trends and working with existing customers
- Maintain professional communication with management regarding activities, customer needs, and other business opportunities.
- Actively maintain customer interactions and strategies through sales planning and documentation of market and territory development
- Support a strong team culture by engaging in team meetings that drive alignment and team success
- Review aging and/or delinquent customers in coordination with credit department.
- Work with Operations team to innovate new products, understanding any material or inventory limitations.
- Coordinate with Operations to develop strategies to address operational challenges
- Grow market share of assigned materials through effective sales techniques/processes.
- Help prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare internal sales reports and customer communication materials.
- Be committed to your customers and create an experience that establishes Georgia Stone Products/Quikrete Materials as a reliable construction materials provider
- Ensure a safe work environment by overseeing compliance with all safety policies and procedures including the demonstration and communication that safety is the number one priority. Prompt reporting of any concerns.
- This position requires management adherence with all company standards, policies, and procedures, as well as compliance with all federal and state regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
