Quik Fuel is looking for a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Convenience Store Manager to lead daily operations at our South Hill location. If you have leadership experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we want to hear from you!
Position: Full-Time Convenience Store Manager
Location: 608 East Atlantic St, South Hill VA 23970
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and staff scheduling
Hire, train, and supervise store employees
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relations
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with store policies
Monitor sales performance and assist with marketing initiatives
Handle cash management, deposits, and financial reporting
Follow and enforce all laws and regulations for ABC, Tobacco and Lottery
Qualifications:
Prior retail or convenience store management experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Basic computer skills (POS systems, spreadsheets, email)
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
