Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet every customer with a friendly and respectful demeanor, both in person and over the phone.
- Sales and Service: Actively promote our products and services within a sales-forward culture, ensuring customers are informed of the full range of solutions we provide.
- Transaction Management: Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Device Diagnostics: Troubleshoot both hardware and software issues, accurately diagnosing problems to provide effective solutions.
- Device Repairs: Repair a variety of electronic devices, including phones, tablets, computers, game consoles, and watches, ensuring accurate service and customer satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize your intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills to handle unique customer needs and technical challenges.
