Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court appearances, keeping our team on track with flawless coordination.
- Answer phones and manage emails, delivering warm, professional responses to client and vendor inquiries.
- Prepare and format correspondence, memos, and administrative documents with precision and care.
- Process client payments and record transactions to maintain accurate office records.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and supplies, ensuring an efficient and orderly workplace.
- Coordinate office logistics, including meeting setups, travel arrangements, and vendor interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support, ideally in a fast-paced office environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail and strong time management.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and colleagues.
