- For creative accounts, assess creative concepting and execution, to ensure that work ladders up to the agreed-upon objectives and strategy.
- For integrated creative media accounts, assess creative as noted above, as well as media strategies and tactics, playing a collaborative role in the media planning process.
- Manage, mentor, and develop direct reports.
- Demonstrate proficiency in authoring strategies and presentation decks.
Must Have:
- Ability to manage and develop direct reports.
- Minimum of eight years of agency experience.
- Proficiency in problem-solving.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong ability to author strategies and presentation decks.
- Proficiency using PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Flexibility in adapting to new tasks and shifting priorities.
- Strong supervisory and mentorship skills.
- Experience leading an integrated agency team (IAT) of multiple agencies and client stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage marketing projects with a high level of client involvement, multitasking, budget management, and tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of the media planning process and the most common media tactics.
Nice to Have:
- Experience managing multiple direct reports.
- Category/industry knowledge, including familiarity with companies in a highly regulated environment.
- Strong creative instincts.
