HVAC Installer | $28.00 - $36.00 per hour bonuses - Potential annual earnings $125, 000
We pay full system bonuses, warranty bonuses, and cash spiffs
Work Schedule: 7:30am to 4:30pm | Monday to Friday | with occasional overtime
Job Duties:
- This position is primarily residential retrofit /changeout with the occasional light commercial install
- Provide customer with information about new installs and answering any questions
- Supervise the work of other installers
- Maintaining high-quality and time job performance

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of residential retrofit/changeout HVAC installation experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Ability to pass NATE Core Test within 3 months of hire
- Basic sheet metal fabrication skills
- Proficient in sizing and designing ductwork
- Experience starting up and troubleshooting furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, and condensing units
- Strong understanding of line and low voltage systems, including relays, transformers, and wiring diagrams
- High school diploma or equivalent
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
