We are Hiring an In-home Sales / HVAC Comfort Advisor!
Comfort Advisors meet with clients in their homes to discuss their heating and cooling needs and present solutions to make their personal space more comfortable. The ideal candidate will have prior outside sales or in-home sales experience. Industry experience is not required, but HVAC or a similar industry is preferred.

Job Title: In-home Sales / HVAC Comfort Advisor
Pay Rate: Base Commission, potential annual earning $150,000
Work Hours: Work hours will vary based on the scheduling needs of the customer, presentation times, and seasonality. Sales consultant may regulate their work hours accordingly. Must be available for evenings and weekend appointments.
What you will be doing:
- Meeting with customers in their homes
- Professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offer the best solution to fit their needs
- Educating customers on HVAC replacement equipment and indoor air quality products
- Clear and concise communication with the company's customers and employees
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation process
- Hands-on training on sales process and equipment
- Build long-term successful client relationships
Qualifications / Skills:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 2 years of consultative sale experience
- Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
- Advanced customer service and follow-up skills
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication & organization skills
- Ability to use Company-furnished technology products
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, climbing both A-frame and extension ladders, and working in tight spaces (attics)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check & drug screen
- In-home sales experience desired
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or similar industry desired
