Quiet Waters Collective is a trauma-focused group private practice dedicated to creating a calm, supportive space for both clients and clinicians. We specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma through thoughtful, client-centered care, and we are looking for compassionate therapists to grow with us. Our practice is rooted in the belief that when clinicians feel supported, grounded, and valued, they can do their best work.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy
- Desire to work with children, adolescents, and adults
- Maintain timely documentation through electronic health record system
- Deliver trauma-informed, ethical care
- Grow your clinical interests and specialties
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist)
- Experience or interest in trauma-focused work (EMDR preferred however, not required)
- Evening or weekend availability required
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Passion for being part of a growing, collaborative practice
