Position Description
Quiet Professionals, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Service Desk Technician II to provide technical assistance and support to end users within a fast-paced DoD environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to computer users in person, remotely, or via phone.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
- Assist users with operating systems, email applications, printing, installation, and standard office software.
- Document all support interactions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or engineering teams as needed.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstation hardware and software.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and security compliance tasks.
- Maintain knowledge of current technologies and follow all security protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance.
- Relevant IT support experience (typically 2–4 years).
- Familiarity with troubleshooting Windows OS, hardware components, printing systems, and standard software applications.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA A , Network , or Security certification.
- Experience supporting DoD or federal customers.
- Familiarity with ITIL service management practices.
