Duties
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Assist customers with product inquiries, product demos, and upselling opportunities to enhance their shopping experience
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure products are attractive and accessible
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive attitude
- Support store operations through stocking, inventory checks, and ensuring the sales floor remains clean and inviting
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors over the phone
Requirements
- Previous cashiering or retail sales experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for accurate transactions
- Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities are highly desirable
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for cash handling and sales processing
