Job Summary
We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our team as exterior house painters this summer. This is a full-time, hands-on role, working outdoors, where you’ll be part of a crew completing residential painting projects. No prior experience is required as we provide full training! A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are essential. This position is ideal for someone who wants to stay active, earn competitive pay, and build valuable real-world skills in a fast-paced team environment.
Position Details
- Full-time: 35–40 hours per week
- Typical schedule: Monday–Thursday (10–12 hour days)
- Fridays and weekends reserved for weather make-up days if needed
- Start time: 7:30 AM on job sites
Pay & Incentives
- Starting pay: $17.50/hour
- Opportunities for raises based on performance
- Bi-weekly pay (direct deposit)

What You’ll Do
- Prepare surfaces (sanding, scraping, priming, caulking)
- Apply paint to exterior surfaces (houses, decks, trim, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently

- Reliable transportation to and from job sites (car required)
