We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our club.

Position Summary
The Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression by greeting members and guests, answering incoming calls, assisting with administrative duties, and supporting club operations. This individual must maintain a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude while providing exceptional member service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome members, guests, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
- Provide information regarding club amenities, events, dining hours, and membership services.
- Assist members with reservations, event inquiries, and general requests.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, copying, scanning, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure excellent member service.
- Support club management with special projects as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of member and club information.
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and basic computer systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Schedule Requirements
