Duties
- Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces.
- Use hand tools and industrial cleaning tools to prepare surfaces before pressure washing and perform detailed cleaning tasks.
- Apply appropriate safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
- Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of equipment, hoses, and debris removal while adhering to proper lifting techniques.
- Conduct duct cleaning, floor buffing, and other specialized cleaning services as needed to meet client specifications.
- Maintain cleaning equipment regularly, ensuring all tools are in good working order for optimal performance.
- Follow strict safety procedures, including fire extinguisher use and ladder safety practices when working at heights or on elevated surfaces.
Qualifications
- Prior outdoor work experience with a focus on industrial or commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate ladders confidently and safely for accessing high or hard-to-reach areas.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, including pressure washing, duct cleaning, and floor buffing.
- Familiarity with hand tools and industrial cleaning equipment is a plus.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, manual handling, PPE use, and fire safety measures.
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and address their cleaning needs professionally.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail.
