We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer. This role involves servicing and maintaining automated handling systems for the food and pharma industry, with a focus on onsite work and office-based responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be involved in installation, service, repair, and training at customer sites, ensuring high and predictable output for our clients.
Compensation
- 80 – 85k/ year

Responsibilities
- Perform onsite installation, service, and repair of automated handling systems
- Provide technical support and training to customers
- Prepare service quotes for spare parts, inspections, and revisions
- Ensure detailed reporting of all service activities
- Collaborate with engineering on project testing and functionality
- Travel domestically and internationally as required

Requirements
- High School diploma; 2- or 4-year technology or electronics degree a plus
- 3 - 5 years of experience with automated machinery
- Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
- Valid passport or eligibility to obtain one
- Availability for weekend and holiday work (occasionally)
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required
