Account Executive – Texas
Hybrid • Grand Prairie, TX office
Salary: base $60,000–$75,000, plus uncapped residual commission and annual bonus
Quicksilver Express handles same-day courier and freight delivery for businesses that can't afford a late delivery. We're hiring an Account Executive to own the full sale in the Metro plex: find the customer, win the business, and grow the account.
What you'll do
- Build your own target list and source your own pipeline. There is no lead queue.
- Run 30–45 active opportunities at a time, on 30–90 day sales cycles.
- Lead discovery that finds what late deliveries cost the prospect, and build the case from their own delivery history.
- Own the relationship after the sale. Route service issues to the team that resolves them, confirm they're closed, and grow the account.
- Keep your pipeline honest in Salesforce.
How you're paid
- Base salary of $60,000–$75,000, depending on experience.
- 1% commission on everything your accounts bill, uncapped, for as long as each account runs.
- An annual bonus of up to 5% of your new-business quota.
- No quota for your first three months while you train. Quota then steps up to full over your first year.
- Vehicle reimbursement and a phone stipend.
- Health, dental, vision, accident, and disability coverage, plus paid parental leave and paid vacation.

Qualifications:What we're looking for
- 3 years in full-cycle B2B sales, from prospecting through close, carrying your own quota.
- Numbers you can state: your quota, your attainment, deals closed, and average deal size.

- Experience managing 30 open opportunities in a CRM. Salesforce is preferred.
- Logistics experience is not required. We'll teach you the operation.
