Account Executive - Kansas

Quicksilver Express has run same-day courier and freight 24/7/365 across six major markets for more than 40 years. We've lasted by adapting, and right now we're growing, and expanding our team of high-performing Account Executives.

Here's what makes this seat different: every account you win keeps paying you. You earn 1% of everything your customers bill, uncapped, for as long as they run. Your income builds year over year instead of resetting every January.

You're measured on results — new revenue every cycle — not on call counts. How you get there is yours to plan.

What You'll Do

• Build your own target list and win new business across the Twin Cities.
• Run 30–45 active opportunities, from first meeting to first delivery.
• Work with pricing, contracts, and operations to get new business launched successfully.
• Own the relationship after the sale, and grow every account you open.
• Represent Quicksilver as a professional service: prepared, polished, and business-ready in every meeting.

What You'll Earn

• Base salary of $60,000–$75,000, depending on experience
• 1% residual commission on everything your accounts bill, uncapped, for as long as each account runs
• Performance bonus of up to 5% of your annual quota, plus recognition programs
• 90-day ramp period with training before full quota expectations begin.
• PTO, vehicle expense reimbursement, and a phone stipend
• Medical, dental, vision, HSA, Aflac accident policy, and parental leave

• 3 years selling B2B and carrying your own number, and you can tell us what those numbers were
• Motivated, organized, and comfortable running your own week in the field
• Comfortable working across departments to get customers set up and keep them happy
• Salesforce and Google Workspace a plus 
• Logistics experience not required — we'll teach you the business
