🌟 Job Summary 

Quickparts seeks an energetic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor with expertise in high mix low volume manufacturing to oversee daily production activities and lead front-line manufacturing teams. In this role, you'll ensure seamless execution of manufacturing processes, coordinate production workflows across machinery, and serve as the vital link between production workers and management. If you're a hands-on leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development, this is your opportunity to drive manufacturing success at the ground level. 

🔑 Key Responsibilities  

1. Daily Production Operations 

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities in a highly manual process.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards and safety protocols.

2. Team Leadership & Development 

• Lead, mentor, and develop production team members to optimize performance 
• Conduct daily team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance skills and productivity.
• Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes continuous improvement.

🎯 Qualifications  

• 5 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality control processes.
• Associate's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with high mix low volume manufacturing is critical
• Experience with additive manufacturing preferred. 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience and exposure to quick response manufacturing (QRM).
